Hi, I'm Wayne

Early in my career, I made a lot of mistakes. I remember stressing over the decisions I had to make and feeling lonely in the process, Back then, I needed  a coach to help guide me through my career and life, I just didn't know it.


Now that I'm older and a bit wiser, my passion is to help other professionals avoid the same road of fear and anxiousness that I walked through. After years of working with CEOs. I’ve both seen and felt the level of loneliness and decision making that comes with the top jobs. It’s a lot to handle, and yet most times, executives are left to face it all alone.


That’s why I started SPEROVA - to provide a safe, confidential space for C-Suite executives to think through the decisions they are making and transform how they show up in their life  and careers.
